Have you ever wanted to make your own Sake? It's easy and practically fool-proof, and it requires only three ingredients: rice, water and a yeast specifically created for the making of rice wine. I've been making it for about a year now, and have enjoyed learning both the history and methods used by both experts and lay persons. So I thought, "Wouldn't it be great to have a discussion group that loves "All Things Sake?"
